BDI expert: Excluding China from procurement procedures would be only consistent

According to the current draft budget, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development will have to make do with significantly less money in 2025. The Federation of German Industries is calling for a paradigm shift in development policy, not least in view of China's growing influence in the countries of the Global South.
